All Star All Boys School!

Starting back in September, some neighbors and I hatched this cockamamie idea to start a co-op school for our toddlers. The idea grew, shrunk and morphed.... and today, so many months later....Alston had his first day at our little playschool. It was pretty darling to see him excited to spend time with his peers that he has really gotten to know over all these months. Currently, we are working on pure parent volunteer rotation, meaning we have 2 parents hosting/teaching our batch of 5 lovely and rambunctious boys!

Here are some photos from the first day in our sweet little school space(note: only 4 boys in photos, as 5 was out with an eye infection on the first day...ugh, here we go with the petri dish). Our one room "school house" is a little sparse currently but we hope to soon fill the walls with the kids' art and a decorative fabric mural.
