*** TODAY'S FIRST: Alston fell asleep while eating his lunch***
Maybe I'm a bit odd but there is something I find simply beautiful about this. Perhaps it's just the purity of seeing a completely innocent person, who knows no better, slip in to slumber(in their lunch). Or maybe witnessing the moxie to continue on even though sleep is winning.
Either way it's a tiny exquisite moment in a busy day.

We have photos of Hannah (my niece) when she was Alston's age asleep with all sorts of food stuck to her face. These days go fast, so glad you're taking time for the "moments".
