Upstate Come West

How lucky we are that our Ithaca friends, Peter and Kari have excuses to come to the west coast. The timing kinda coincides with our approaching 5th wedding anniversary later this month....and for those that remember, Peter was our eloquent officiant. Peter and Kari are wonderful reminder that sometimes you need to get out of the way and let life happen. Easy going, uncomplicated enjoyment and opening oneself up to experiences were the sage learnings of the day.

Breaking us out of our usual city routines, we met up at San Gregorio Beach, which is 10 mile south of Half Moon Bay. Weather was surprisingly sunny warm. Perfect for lolling around the beach and playing in the sand.
