Invasion of the Maryland Cousins!!

The Sizemores of Maryland came for a visit. It was Carter and Mason's first visit to see us in California! We were thrilled to have them spend SPRING BREAK 2011 with us! We managed to get around to see a few sights including Fisherman's Wharf, Bay Area Discovery Museum, Oakland Zoo, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Santa Cruz Boardwalk and some NorCal beach action!

These first photos are from the day Carter and Mason spent with their Ant T (aka ME) and Alston, while their mom and dad went to Napa for wine and good food. We spent the AM at the zoo and the afternoon learning about letterpress printing. The boys each made their own card with vintage picture cuts and handset type. They had loads of fun and I was so proud!

We rented a house in Santa Cruz for the weekend to share the Northern California beach experience.

 

 

 

 

 

 The Santa Cruz thing is not complete without a trip to the boardwalk for pint size fun!

 

We ramped up for Easter with some Easter bunny stories before bed.

Aunt LoLo and Eliya came down for the afternoon to hang with us too!

 

On our last night we had bonfire on the beach and roasted smores!
