LOL!
Otherwise we all had a great time. We had a potluck dinner, s'mores by the fire and then we walked with kids in the dark to a near by rec field for a night time experience. While the adult volunteers safely guarded exits to make sure all the kids stayed in the designated area, the kids put on lots of glow necklaces and brackets and were let loose to run in the field with their friends. It was a pretty amazing sight to see all the kids (er, should i say their lights) bopping around in the dark. Difficult to capture an image of the magic.... The kids loved it! It was the perfect night for it too! Nice moon and clear for star gazing. The kids even sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to all the adults! After we walked back it was time for bed. We strung up our glow sticks in the tent and cuddled up for the night!
Quick pancake breakfast and headed home .
Alston said his favorite part was roasting marshmallows. Which is SOOO funny as he wouldn't even eat the marshmallow! Though he did happily eat the chocolate and graham crackers!
