Beach Time!

We bravely ventured to Stinson beach today in honor of our friend Emma-Louise's birthday. We weren't sure how the hour long drive would go on the winding road but we thought we'd give it a shot. Alston slept the whole way there and back, as he literally did not sleep the whole night before. Turns out, the real labor was getting out the door....as it took 3 outfits and diaper changes before we could get him in the car seat w/ dry pants!

It was quite windy and cold on the beach by the time we arrived in the late afternoon. Thus, we most of our time in the house Emma-Louise and Nathan had rented for a long weekend. Grammy was able to snap this photo of us on the beach before the sun went down.
